Greenlee Winch & Pelican Rope: Island Pull-Away
This electrical contractor needed to install four 120mm2 copper electric cables (0.6/1 KV) so a swimming pool at a resort could be upgraded. The cable needed to be pulled through existing underground conduit, the original cables had already been removed. The cables were installed using all the key products for a successful pull:
- WINCH - Greenlee - Electric Pulling with the mobile VersiBoom package (model no. 00369) including wheeled carriage and boom arm
- WINCH ROPE - Pelican – Double Braided Pulling (model no. 4N-180 series) 14.3mm OD
- SWIVEL - DCD – Stainless Steel (model no. 00505 series)
- PULLING SOCKS – Sock Grips – Pulling Sock Grips (model no. C10 series)
- CONDUIT SLIPPER - Hearthill – Conduit Slipper Guide (model no. CLS series)
- CABLE GEL / CABLE LUBE - Greenlee – Gel / Lube (model no. 35211)
- ROPE DRAW - Parramatta / Telstra Rope (model no. ROS0614) 6mm OD
