A high-strength alloy gives this CB-1 stringing block a 1,135kg working load limit.

  • The throat opening is 95.25mm high and 80mm wide.
  • The 75mm wide, 175mm diameter sheave runs on heavy duty sealed ball bearings.
  • The ball-eye socket clevis attachment accepts optional fittings to suspend the roller.
  • The roller can be also be mounted on top of a crossarm or on the side of a pole with the RS-1 bracket (see below).

RS-1 Crossarm Bracket - Ratchet Strap for CB-1 Roller

  • The most popular accessory for the CB-1 roller. Designed for mounting on wooden crossarms, fibreglass crossarms, composite crossarms or on poles (wood, steel or concrete) the RS-1 ratchet strap crossarm bracket allows the CB-1 roller to be mounted on many angles. It has a working load limit (WLL) of 666kg.

CAB-1 Crossarm Bracket - Bolt Type for CB-1 Roller

  • This bolted wingnut crossarm bracket suits crossarms up to 146 x 159mm.

IB-1 Insulator Bracket - suits small to medium necks for CB-1 Roller

  • Also known as a tie-top insulator bracket. This insulator bracket allows the CB-1 roller to be mounted on top of an insulator. The two internal clamping jaw surfaces are urethane lined so as not to damage the insulator. This unit suits small to medium necks.

AIA-J Insulator Bracket - suits small to large necks for CB-1 Roller

  • Also known as a tie-top insulator bracket. This insulator bracket allows the CB-1 roller to be mounted on top of an insulator. The two internal clamping jaw surfaces are urethane lined so as not to damage the insulator. This unit suits small to large necks.

Clevis Fittings - Suspension Adaptors for CB-1 Roller

  • All of these clevis fittings suit the ball-eye socket clevis adaptor on top of the CB-1 roller. Also known as suspension adaptors these fittings are available in Clevis, Y Clevis and Safety Hook.
