The purpose of this product is to protect the utility being installed from overload.
Typically, they would be used during the installation of fibre optic cable or very small gas
ducting where the connector can be pre-set to breakaway at a predetermined load, thus QUALITY
protecting the fibres or the duct. The breakaway pins may be changed to allow the same HIGH GRADE
connector or swivel to be used with a variety of different breakaway pins. STAINLESS
