The Mef express is a tube bundle puller designed and manufactured entirely by Maus Italia for the maintenance of heat exchanger tube bundles in petrochemical plants.
- With the hydraulic hooking of the tubesheet, tube bundles are removed and inserted during refinery shutdowns with great rapidity and a consequent reduction in times.

- The lifting ring can be dismantled into three parts for machines for bundles with a diameter exceeding 2200 mm to facilitate transportation

- Optional power-assisted hydraulic support wagons to support diaphragms
- Construction of a special models for low temperatures available on request

Functioning & Customisation
The Mef express puller is available in different standard sizes which differ in weight, length and diameter of tube bundle.
- A portable console enables remote control of all operations resulting in a reduction in the number of personnel required and an increase in safety margins.
- A wireless remote control console is also available with the diesel model.
Advanced Design & Test Solidity
The Mef express puller has been designed and manufactured entirely by Maus Italia using FEM modelling, according to stringent machine regulations and has been static load tested at 1.5 times normal capacity.
ATEX Certification on Request
The Mef express tube bundle pullers are available, on request, suitable for use in hazardous areas, complete with an ATEX declaration of conformity covering the whole machine ( motors, electrical system and all machine components ).
